Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, develop project plans, and track progress using JIRA.
Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients through regular status updates and meetings.
Identify potential roadblocks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays.

Job Requirements :

10-18 years of experience in IT Project Management with expertise in Java/J2EE technologies (Spring Boot).
Strong understanding of Agile methodology and experience with SAFe framework for sprint planning and execution.
Proficiency in using JIRA for tracking issues, bugs, and tasks; ability to create reports on project progress.
