Working Days: 5.5 days per week
About the Role
NLB Services is looking for an experienced Non-Technical Team Lead in the India/ Domestic staffing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and client coordination, especially for Non-IT domains.
Key Requirements:
- Experience with Indian BFSI clients (Indian banks, insurance companies)
- Candidate must be based in Bangalore
- No relocation cases will be considered
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles.
- Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of quality profiles.
- Source candidates using job portals, social networks, references, and internal databases.
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on client prerequisites.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients.
- Track recruitment metrics, maintain MIS reports, and update hiring dashboards.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
Required Skills & Experience
- 15 years of recruitment experience (mix experience acceptable but majority should be in
Non-IT hiring).
- Experience working with client-side hiring teams.
- Good understanding of various Non-IT roles (Operations, Sales, Finance, Customer Support,
etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and meet hiring deadlines.
Qualification:
Graduation or equivalent degree in any discipline.
