Lead the end-to-end Grocery Control Tower Charter for the Zone.
Own the end-to-end NPS/Planning/Metrics/Expansion charter, as a measure of experience for all users and enable generation of actionable key insights on a continuous basis for the same.
Defining key objective parameters to measure the user experience. Create systems to set ambitious goals and achieve them
Identify the key touch points across all users' lifecycles and work towards improving the overall experience. Drive quick improvements for positive impact as well as long term improvement across parameters.
Define the culture in the Zonal BE teams and enable people for success during their tenure.
Influence and co-own the product roadmap for betterment of the Customer experience
Create and implement SOPs for most effective and efficient resolution of user issues in a structural manner
Develop strategy to make Flipkart Customer experience as the Key Differentiating Factor among the competitors
Partner with cross functional teams to identify areas of operational improvement and drive best practices for the same. Work closely with the Business stakeholders to drive solutions from a business capability, operations, technology and process standpoint.
Partner with cross functional teams to help define operational processes, help measure adherence, provide feedback and course correction solutions to the Ops team.
Prepare Master plan and Drive 5S implementation across all Hubs.
Liaison with the key stakeholders like Operations/Procurement/Last mile /Middle mile operation team etc.
Communicate product/process needs and work with the product/tech team to deliver on them on an ongoing basis.
Hire and build a motivated dynamic team constantly driving the metrics for consumer delight and Operational Excellence
What youll need:
Graduate in Engineering/Operations Research/ Supply Chain Management domain is preferred
Tech savvy, Problem solving, data-driven decision-making ability through the stakeholders
Adaptability towards change management, Sound presentation/communication skills
Knowledge of principles, methodology and practices of Research and Data Collection
Background in use of Analytics in Business Decision Making, Process Improvement and Optimization
Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Entrepreneurial DNA and ability to challenge the status quo using data driven problem solving skills.
