Greetings from IntouchCX!
We are looking for a skilled German Language Expert based in Hyderabad to support business operations through high-quality German language communication. The role involves interacting with German-speaking customers/clients, handling written and verbal communication, and supporting internal teams as required. The candidate should be flexible to work in rotational shifts with rotational weekly offs.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle German language communication voice (as per process requirement)
- Translate and interpret content from German to English and English to German accurately
- Provide customer or client support while ensuring high levels of quality and professionalism
- Understand and follow process guidelines, SLAs, and quality standards
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries efficiently
- Meet productivity, quality, and compliance metrics
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in German language (written and spoken) B2 / C1 / C2 level preferred
- Good command of the English language
- Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred)
- Strong communication and comprehension skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email tools, CRM systems)
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs
Preferred Experience
- 02 years of experience in BPO, KPO, customer support, translation, or language processes
- Prior experience working with international clients or multilingual processes is an advantage
Additional Requirements
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as per business needs
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
