Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking customer-focused Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to provide exceptional support across multiple digital and voice channels. As a frontline ambassador, you will assist customers with streaming services, digital ticketing, mobile applications, and account-related inquiries, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound support via calls, chat, email, and SMS
• Troubleshoot streaming, login, and mobile app issues
• Support digital ticketing, subscriptions, and billing inquiries
• Escalate technical issues when required
• Meet performance metrics such as CSAT, QA, and response time
  

Requirements:

• 1+ year customer service experience
• Strong English communication skills
• Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge
• Familiarity with iOS/Android and streaming devices
• Willingness to work with Rotetional Night shift (24/7 Shifts)

Preferred:

• Experience in technical or digital support
• High school diploma or equivalent.
