We are actively seeking an exceptional and driven Software Tester to join our dynamic team. As a Software Tester, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of our platform and integrated software solutions.
- You''re a passionate Software Tester with a proven track record in software testing who wants to have the opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking projects that directly impact patient care and drive advancements in the medical field.
- In this role, you are responsible to
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional, agile development teams to design and implement effective testing processes for an existing imaging system, based on Syngo.
- Add exploratory tests on a risk based approach.
- Design manual tests from requirements.
- Develop automated tests.
- Conduct performance, scalability, and security testing as required.
- Formally and informally execute manual and automated tests to identify defects and ensure software quality.
- Identify and report software defects in a detailed and concise manner.
- Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in software testing.
- Work according to a QM system, which allows audit prove releases of medical products.
- Concentrate on the quality of the products by searching and documenting errors, gather information about them and discuss solutions actively.
To be successful in this role, your profile includes:
- Graduation or Post Graduation in Computer Science / Information Technology / Medical or Life Sciences.
- 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance in the medical product domain.
- Software development experience in C#.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices.
- Expertise in writing automated tests with Frameworks like NUnit.
- Knowledge of frameworks for medical products like Syngo is highly preferred.
- Experience in R&D organizations and agile setups like SAFe/SCRUM is preferred.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle and software engineering processes of medical products
- Expertise in MS Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, source control systems like TFS, requirement management systems (e.g. TFS) and test automation frameworks (e.g. MF QC)
- Willingness to work with multi-cultural teams and various internal and external stakeholders globally.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, business fluency in English.
- Should be self-motivated and assertive.
