Technical Services Manager @ Fujitsu

Job Summary:

• 10 to 12 Years of experience where we are seeking a skilled and TSM to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of MHC In-projects
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DWP services, project management methodologies, and stakeholder communication
• You will be responsible for ensuring that GDC meet business requirements, are delivered on time, and stay within budget
• Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end project management
• Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including cloud engineers, security, networking, and support
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues
• Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and Microsoft best practices
• Oversee migration of users and applications to AVD environments
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers
• Facilitate training and documentation for end-users and support teams
• Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience managing cloud or virtual desktop infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure services, especially Azure Virtual Desktop
• Proficiency in project management tools (eg, MS Project, Jira, Trello)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, or PMP methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Microsoft certifications (eg, AZ-140, AZ-104) are a plus

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with FSLogix, Azure AD, Intune, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager
• Knowledge of security and compliance in cloud environments
• experience in Team management , maintaining good PL
• Resource cost optimization awareness
