Job Description

Hiring for Desktop L2 for Ahmedabad location

Designation -L2 Support Technician

Salary -3.60 LPA

Qualification - B.Tech/MCA

Job Description:

Knowledge of Active directory, end point administration.

Windows Desktop, laptop and Unix installation, configuration and administration of Servers and Desktop

Window and Unix System Administration hands on of ADS, DNS and DHCP Administration, understanding of MDM, Anti virus (Symantec End Point), Patching (Altris), Seclore, RSA+VPN, PGP/Bitlocker encryption administer and Understand, troubleshoot FTP setup. RCP, HTTP, SMTP protocols knowledge.

Experience of helpdesk tools (Preferably ITIL based tools).
