Experience: 1-4 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter Freshers who are keen to build a career in IT & Non-IT recruitment. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting end-to-end hiring activities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand job requirements for IT and Non-IT roles
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Support onboarding and documentation processes
- Meet hiring targets and follow recruitment timelines
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Willingness to learn IT & Non-IT hiring
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and coordination
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and emails
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
