We are looking for an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to drive offline and corporate sales, manage key client relationships, and expand business across assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Objectives:
- Drive offline sales by managing and expanding corporate and partner profiles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, travel agents, and strategic partners
- Onboard new corporate clients and maximize revenue from existing accounts
- Plan, forecast, and achieve assigned sales targets
- Conduct regular market visits and client meetings
- Maintain and review monthly sales trackers and performance reports
- Share market intelligence on competition, pricing, and trends
- Ensure stability and growth in business volumes
People Management:
- Lead and manage a team of 6+ sales executives
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members
- Coach team on sales processes, products, systems, and soft skills
- Assist in negotiation and closure of high-value corporate deals
- Review team performance and drive productivity through action plans
Skills Required:
- Strong corporate sales and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial and go-getter mindset
- Process and data-oriented approach
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate teams
- Proven experience in onboarding and managing corporate accounts
