Coordinate and assist patients on regular basis to support patient admissions, transfers, and discharge process including maintaining daily reports, patient conversion and service delivery.
Act as a communication link between patients, patient families, doctors, and other departments to address patient queries, ensure a smooth patient experience, maintain patient records.
Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, attendants, and visitors.
Provide information about hospital services, doctors, and treatment facilities to ensure patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality.
Assist in patient outreach, feedback collection, and satisfaction follow-ups including supporting patient admissions, follow-ups, and referrals.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare / Management preferred)
2-3 years of experience in hospital coordination, patient services, or client handling preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to work in rotational shifts including night duty
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
