Job Description

Position: Field Sales Executive / Sales Manager

Location: Pune
Industry: Electrical products


Role Overview


This is a B2B field sales role focused on business development with real estate developers, project managers, and site decision-makers involved in large construction and infrastructure projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Field-based sales across assigned Pune territory
    Client acquisition and relationship management with developers, project managers, and site heads
    Generating leads through project sites and developer networks
    Handling product discussions, negotiations, and closures for ongoing projects
    Achieving sales targets and driving repeat business
    Coordinating with internal teams for order execution and site requirements
    Tracking project pipelines, market activity, and competitor movements

Candidate Profile
2 - 8 years of experience in field sales
Mandatory exposure to project sales / institutional sales
Strong understanding of Punes real estate and construction project ecosystem
Comfortable with regular site visits and fieldwork

Product Exposure ( any of below - Mandatory)


  • Cement & concrete products
    Steel, TMT bars & structural materials
    Pipes, fittings & plumbing materials
    Electrical panels, switchgear, wires & cables
    Paints, coatings & waterproofing / construction chemicals
    Sanitaryware & bathroom fittings
    Tiles, marble, stone & flooring materials
    HVAC & ventilation systems etc,
  • Core Building Material Categories (Project / Real Estate Sales)

Skills Required


  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    Ability to engage senior site stakeholders and decision-makers
    Target-driven, self-managed, and field-oriented approach
