We are looking for motivated and performance-driven Field Sales & Service Executives to join the sales force of our reputed client. This role is crucial for driving last-mile sales execution, ensuring product visibility, and achieving sales targets across assigned dealer outlets.
Our client is one of the largest manufacturers and traders of mobility equipment including Wheelchairs, Crutches, Walking Sticks, Walkers, and Commodes, catering to senior citizens and specially-abled individuals.
The company operates in 35+ countries globally and began its India operations in 2011. Currently, it has 17 branches and a strong network of 3,000+ dealer outlets across India.
Visit 910 dealer outlets daily to book orders, check stock availability, and ensure proper product visibility.
Capture orders using mobile applications/handheld devices.
Drive sales of key SKUs as per company focus.
Monitor dealer outstanding balances.
Collect payments through the company's QR code/payment system.
Scan and record dealer stock using QR code-based mobile applications.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and SKU coverage requirements.
Actively promote company products, schemes, and offers at dealer outlets.
Share regular updates on competitor activity, dealer feedback, and sales performance with supervisors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers to enhance loyalty and ensure repeat business.
