We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused International Chat Support Executives to join our team. The role involves handling customer queries through chat for international clients while providing timely, accurate, and professional support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions via live chat (non-voice process)
- Resolve customer queries related to products/services efficiently
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through quality responses
- Follow communication guidelines and standard operating procedures
- Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems
- Meet individual and team performance metrics (quality, productivity, TAT)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must reside in Hyderabad
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Comfortable working in rotational night shifts and rotational week offs
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving skills
Educational Qualifications:
- Minimum: 10+2
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in international chat or non-voice support (added advantage)
- Good comprehension and grammar skills
- Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously
