Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused International Chat Support Executives to join our team. The role involves handling customer queries through chat for international clients while providing timely, accurate, and professional support.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle customer interactions via live chat (non-voice process)
  • Resolve customer queries related to products/services efficiently
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through quality responses
  • Follow communication guidelines and standard operating procedures
  • Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems
  • Meet individual and team performance metrics (quality, productivity, TAT)

Eligibility Criteria:


  • Candidates must reside in Hyderabad
  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • Comfortable working in rotational night shifts and rotational week offs
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving skills

Educational Qualifications:


  • Minimum: 10+2

Preferred Skills:


  • Prior experience in international chat or non-voice support (added advantage)
  • Good comprehension and grammar skills
  • Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously
