Talent Acquisition Professional @ Teleperformance (TP)

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.

• Promote the organization's image as a desirable place to work.
• Attract, recruit, screen, and interview candidates.
• Recommend placement of internal and external candidates for entry-level and experienced positions.
• Refer applicants, administer pre-employment tests, check references, conduct exit interviews for candidates declining offers, and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
• Assist with job advertising and posting.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
