Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate with minimum 6 months experience OR

• Undergraduate with minimum 1 year experience

• Upselling / Retention experience preferred

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• Comfortable with rotational shifts

• Customer-centric approach

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

• Retain customers by resolving queries effectively

• Maintain quality and productivity metrics

• Ensure high customer satisfaction
