Job Description:
We are looking for a Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end hiring for multiple roles across departments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and job portals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
- Schedule and follow up on interviews with candidates and panel members
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Manage offer rollouts, negotiation, and joining formalities
- Maintain a talent pipeline for future requirements
Required Skills
- Experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / HR Hiring
- Hands-on experience with Naukri Portal and other job boards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
- Knowledge of IT / Non-IT hiring (mention whichever is applicable)
- Basic understanding of HR processes and documentation
Qualifications
- Graduate / MBA in HR or related field (preferred)
- Relevant recruitment experience in consultancy or corporate HR
