Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare BOQs, tender documents, and cost estimates for civil works.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects.
Conduct site monitoring and inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on construction sites.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field.
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).

Proficiency in English & Hindi language is essential; knowledge of Tamil, Telugu is an added advantage.
