Job Description

Key Sills:

To manage site-level billing, work measurement, and quantity verification for MEP project activities, ensuring timely preparation and submission of client bills in line with contractual terms and supporting commercial performance of the project. Experience in Factory Projects will be added advantage. Knowledge of statutory SEZ procedures

Role & responsibilities:

The role involves measurement of executed MEP works including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems; preparation and submission of client RA bills; verification of subcontractor bills; maintaining measurement records and bill backups; coordinating with execution, planning, and QA/QC teams for work certification; tracking bill status and payment follow-ups; managing variation / extra item measurements; supporting claim documentation; ensuring compliance with BOQ and contractual provisions; and maintaining billing registers and MIS to ensure accurate and timely revenue realization.
