Job Description

Billing Engineer (Villa Project) | Bangalore A Billing Engineer manages project billing and cost tracking, including preparing BOQs, verifying invoices, and coordinating with contractors. They ensure compliance with contracts, maintain billing records, and support cost control and timely financial closure of projects.

• Quantity take off from drawings
• Prepare BOQ for all disciplines
• Prepare cost plan and assist Client in obtaining approval
• Render support for preparation of project budget.
• Cost estimate for every stage of Design & Construction
• Pre-qualify vendors for every aspect/package of work
• Prepare Tender documents and conditions such as GCC/SCC, etc.
• Run Tender process and on-board vendors.
• Arrange kick-off meeting and formally handover vendor/package to construction team
• Contractand monitor other commercial aspects of thecontractlike invoicing, cost monitoring extending necessary inputs towards preparation of various bank guarantees and insurance policies.
• Conduct detailed checking of measurement, analysis of rates and quantities
• Review & Verify ContractorsBill and Variation.
• Project cost control & records.
• Track budget and prepare monthly cash flow statements.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
• Ability to effectively present information.
• Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles.
• Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
