Job Description
Job Title: HR Recruiter Bulk Hiring & End-to-End Recruitment
Job Summary:
Responsible for managing bulk hiring campaigns and handling the full end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding for various roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and attract large volumes of candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and job fairs.
Manage full recruitment cycle: job posting, resume screening, interviews, offer management, and onboarding.
Coordinate with hiring managers on requirements, selection processes, and hiring decisions.
Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment reports, and follow-ups.
Ensure positive candidate experience and timely hiring delivery.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree (HR/Business or related).
Experience in bulk/volume hiring and end-to-end recruitment.
Strong communication, organizational and multitasking skills.
Familiarity with job portals, ATS, and recruitment tools.
