Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.
Provide technical support to customers on various products and services related to banking, finance, insurance, healthcare, IT services, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, software solutions etc.
Utilize excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs effectively.
Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment handling international voice process or similar roles (customer care/customer service).
Strong English language proficiency for effective communication with international clients.
Ability to work flexible shifts including rotational shifts as per business requirements.
Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to handle complex customer queries independently.
