Role Overview
We are excited to welcome an HR Recruiter IT to our growing Chennai team. This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced IT environment, and takes pride in hiring the right talent that shapes strong teams.
What Youll Do
- Own end-to-end IT recruitment from understanding requirements to successful onboarding
- Partner closely with hiring managers to deliver quality talent on time
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and creative sourcing methods
- Screen resumes and conduct HR discussions to assess skills, culture fit, and career aspirations
- Coordinate interviews smoothly and ensure a delightful candidate experience
- Manage offers, negotiations, and follow-ups till joining
- Maintain recruitment data, trackers, and reports
- Act as a brand ambassador by showcasing InfoBeans as a great place to work
What Were Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT end-to-end recruitment
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring practices
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Positive attitude, high energy, and a passion for people
- Ability to multitask and work in a collaborative office environment
- Comfortable working 5 days from our Chennai office
