Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Source home loan leads through direct acquisition and market visits.
- Manage end-to-end sales process: lead generation login sanction disbursement.
- Build relationships with builders, real estate agents, and referral partners/connectors
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with credit & policy guidelines.
- Track funnel metrics and maintain strong conversion ratios.
- Provide market insights on competition and pricing trends.
Requirements
- Any Graduate
- 1 to 7 years experience in Home Loan/LAP direct sales.
- Strong knowledge of home loan products, credit norms & Bangalore market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills.
- Field-intensive role; must be comfortable with daily travel.
