Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Territory Sales Manager to lead our tile adhesive sales team in the projects sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a focus on the Indian paints industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand market share.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and services.
Provide training and support to sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.
Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the Indian paints or construction industry.
Strong understanding of the Indian market and its dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
A graduate degree is required for this position.
