TSM Tile Adhesive


Role Objective

To drive primary and secondary sales of Tile Adhesive products by expanding dealer and distribution network, improving market penetration, ensuring product availability, and strengthening brand presence within the assigned territory.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, appoint, and develop dealers and distributors to enhance market penetration and increase depth market share.
  • Analyze sales plans against the previous years performance and implement effective sales actions to achieve assigned targets.
  • Drive sales activities to ensure consistent volume and value growth across the territory.
  • Support dealers in achieving targets through regular engagement, guidance, and on-ground training.
  • Ensure proper seeding of new products across appropriate channels.
  • Monitor and ensure availability of complete SKU range at key outlets.
  • Plan and execute sales promotion and brand-building initiatives in the market.
  • Ensure dealer profitability in line with organizational policies and business objectives.
  • Prepare and submit monthly territory monitoring reports, including competitor activity analysis.
  • Conduct regular retail audits to assess market potential and estimate competitor sales, enabling strategic decision-making.
  • Resolve dealer-related issues promptly to maintain smooth and long-term business relationships.

Education & Qualification

    • Any Graduate

Experience

  • 4 - 6 years of experience in distribution channel (preferably in Tile Adhesive)

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and selling skills.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and confident personality.
  • Strong market sensing ability with a focus on converting opportunities into business.
  • Proactive go-getter attitude with high ownership and initiative.
  • Ability to work independently and manage assigned territory effectively.

Other Requirements

  • Candidate should be a local resident of the assigned territory.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
