Role & responsibilities

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills.
Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational, night, or weekend shifts.
Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in using computers, telephone systems, and relevant software.
Interpersonal Skills: Patience, empathy, and ability to handle irate customers.
Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; previous BPO or customer service experience is often preferred. Freshers are open to apply
