Role Overview

The Controllership Intern will support the Finance team in accounting operations, reconciliations, compliance tracking, and reporting. This role offers hands-on exposure to corporate finance, statutory compliance, and ERP systems in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Reporting Support

• Assist in month-end and quarter-end closing activities
  
• Prepare and review journal entries and supporting schedules
  
• Help with GL scrutiny and balance sheet reconciliations
  
• Support preparation of financial statements and MIS reports
  

Compliance & Audit Support

• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory working files
  
• Support documentation for statutory and internal audits
  
• Maintain records for regulatory filings and compliance trackers
  

Data & Analysis

• Analyze financial data using Excel
  
• Support revenue and expense trend analysis
  
• Prepare dashboards and working papers
  

Process & Systems

• Work on ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Netsuite if applicable)
  
• Help improve SOP documentation
  
• Support automation initiatives within finance
