Application Support Engineer Lead @ CorroHealth

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of Application Support Engineers to resolve complex technical issues related to .NET web applications.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and fix root causes of application defects, ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints.
• Develop and maintain documentation for knowledge sharing among team members, including troubleshooting guides, configuration settings, and best practices.
• Provide guidance on SQL Server database management system administration tasks such as schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.

Job Requirements :

• 7-12 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET).
• Strong understanding of application troubleshooting techniques using various tools like Debuggers, Log Analyzers etc.
• Experience working with SQL Server databases including creating indexes, views, stored procedures etc.
• Excellent team handling skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
