Job Description
We are hiring International Voice Process Customer Support professionals to join our global customer care team. The role involves interacting with international customers via phone, solving their queries, and delivering excellent support services.
Key Responsibilities:
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent spoken English with clear communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation & problem-solving ability.
Comfortable working in rotational night shifts for international time zones.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
Eligibility:
Any Graduate / Undergraduate / Diploma is okay
Atleast 6 months - 5 years in International Voice Process preferred.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: 3.5LPA - 5LPA (depending on experience & skills)
Two-way cab facility / transport allowances (if choose to Come by self )
