Role Overview

We are hiring candidates for our International Chat Process team to provide real-time support to global customers via chat.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries through chat with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Provide timely resolutions and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Document interactions and update CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Excellent written English communication skills.
  • Fast typing speed with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (including nights).
  • Graduate in any discipline; prior customer support experience preferred.
