We are hiring experienced candidates for an International Voice Process. The role involves handling customer queries, providing support, and ensuring high-quality service for international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls
• Assist customers with queries, issues, and requests
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM
• Provide timely resolutions and follow-ups
• Ensure adherence to process guidelines and quality standards
  

Required Skills:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in International Voice Process
  
• Excellent English communication skills (Written & Verbal)
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in night shifts
