Job Title: Cluster Manager Last-Mile Operations

Job Summary:
Lead and manage last-mile delivery operations across multiple hubs, Hub In-charges, and riders to ensure on-time deliveries, high productivity, and smooth daily execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across all hubs in your cluster.
Manage, support & coach Hub In-charges and rider teams.
Ensure SLA compliance (on-time delivery, quality).
Track operational metrics and drive improvements.
Resolve issues, escalate as needed, coordinate with central ops.

Requirements:
Experience in logistics/last-mile delivery operations.
Strong people management & execution focus.
