Job Title: Senior Process Executive / Subject Matter Expert (SPE/SME)
Level: SPE/SME
Location: Hyderabad, India (1st ) or Chennai (2nd preference)
Type of position: Full time
Reports to: TL/TM
Responsible for: Managing HR related data management activities for Client
3. Must be open for US Shift (6:30pm IST to 4:30am IST) /UK Shift/Singapore
4. Gender Preference: Male.
5. No. of positions: 7 (5 SPE | 2 SME). (SME 5+ years SPE 3+ years)
6. Notice Period: Immediate joiners only.
Role brief
As a HR Representative, you will serve as a vital link between client employees in the field, the client Employee Relations CoE, and various stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include handling employee data management, Onboarding, Offboarding, Org management, managing records, assisting with client employee relations proceedings, handling data gathering for payroll, and serving as the first point of contact for client employee inquiries.
