Manager - Engineering and Designs - Pump Storage/Hydro Projects @ Dilip Buildcon

Job Description

Role & responsibilities :

• Candidate should have have an experience in Design of Hydro Power / PSP projects.
• Should have completed at least one DPR of Hydro project and its clearances.
• Documentation & Approvals: Prepare, review, and manage Detailed Project Reports (DPR), Feasibility Study Reports (FSR), technical specifications, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Design & Engineering Leadership: Lead the conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design of hydropower project components, including dams (concrete/earthfill), power intakes, headrace tunnels, surge shafts, powerhouse (underground/surface), and tailrace tunnels.
• PSP Specialization: Optimize the layout and technical parameters of Pumped Storage Projects, ensuring efficient water conductor system design, transient analysis, and surge control.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (Essential); Masters in Structural, Geotechnical, or Hydraulic Engineering (Preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 12 - 15+ years of experience in the design and engineering of large-scale hydropower and Pumped Storage Projects.
