Job Description
- Handle inbound/ outbound calls from international customers.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.
- Maintain Professional communication and satisfaction.
- Follow company guideline and process protocols during calls.
- Documents customer interaction and maintain records.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good software knowledge.
- Ability to work in Night Shifts.
- 5 Days working with 2 rotational week-off.
- Need Immediate Joiners.
