- You are seeking a visionary Senior Product Manager / Director to lead the strategic direction and execution of the cutting-edge video surveillance portfolio at a pioneering Indian tech company specializing in AI-powered video computing. Your role involves shaping the future of intelligent surveillance by innovating in Video Management Systems (VMS), Video Analytics (VA), and smart security solutions, with the aim of transforming raw video data into actionable insights that enhance safety and optimize traffic management across various industries. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and execute a long-term product vision and roadmap aligned with emerging global security trends and market demands. - Lead market intelligence efforts, including competitive analysis, trend forecasting, and identification of strategic whitespace opportunities. - Own end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for seamless product launches, adoption, and sustained market penetration. - Champion user experience (UX) excellence by simplifying complex video analytics into intuitive, actionable interfaces for diverse user segments. - Serve as the primary product owner across the full lifecyclefrom ideation and PRD development to cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Sales, and Support teams. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience (716 years) in product management within the video surveillance, security technology, or AI-driven SaaS domains. - Deep technical understanding of IP cameras, Video Management Systems (VMS), AI-powered video analytics, and cloud-based video storage architectures. - Demonstrated success in scaling products, leading high-performing product teams, and driving innovation in fast-paced environments. - Expertise in market positioning, value-chain analysis, and strategic product differentiation in competitive technology landscapes. - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive-level presentation skills. You will be working in Bangalore and the position requires immediate to 60 days' notice period.
