Senior Engineer - Customer Quality @ Reputed German MNC

Job Description

We're having an opening for "Senior Engineer - Customer Quality" for a Reputed German MNC in Pune (Viman Nagar)

Key Expected Skills:

• Must have experience in handling Customer quality complaints and Queries. 
• Should have experience in monitoring Customer Scorecards, Rejection Analysis and Corrective Actions
• Proficient in Quality tools like  8D, 7QC and Why-Why Analysis
• Good at managing technical documentation including APQP, PPAP, PFMEA and MSA 

Desirable Candidates:

• Engineering Graduate with 5+ years of experience, preferably from any Automotive or Auto Component Manufacturing Industry
• Should be flexible to visit customer facilities to identify issues and to drive continuous improvement.
