Job Description

• Accreditation & Compliance: Maintain hospital compliance with regulatory standards (NABH) and lead audit efforts.
• Quality Systems Development: Formulate, implement, and review hospital-wide policies, SOPs, and Quality Manuals.
• Data Analysis & Improvement: Monitor performance data and patient safety metrics to identify areas for improvement and reduce clinical errors.
• Training & Awareness: Conduct training sessions to ensure all hospital staff adhere to quality protocols and safety standards.
• Auditing & Reporting: Perform internal audits, investigate incidents, and prepare quality reports for senior management.
• Patient Feedback: Manage patient grievance redressal systems and analyze satisfaction surveys to improve services.
