Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

The person will be responsible for managing one of the product level analysis including monthly/quarterly PNL of that product.
Working on Cost optimization measures for the entity.
Ensuring monthly review of the Products KPI & interacting with the business head, product manager, collection head etc
Work alongwith the team for entity level Budgeting exercise & compare actuals with budget at a product level.
Peer Analysis of KPIs
Checking of various workings for releasing the payouts like DSA, Income sharing etc
Expense analysis and discussion with various department heads
Work closely with the business teams for any new product launches or scheme changes.

Preferred candidate profile:

CA with 2 -5 years post qualification experience in NBFC/HFC/Financial Services.
