Job Description Digital Credit Manager
We are looking for a Digital Credit Manager to evaluate Home loan/LAP applications, verify customer documents, and make accurate credit decisions. The role includes assessing financial documents, reviewing CIBIL reports, coordinating with sales teams, and ensuring compliance with company credit policies. The candidate should be comfortable with digital lending platforms, have strong analytical skills, and maintain good TAT for approvals.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assessing the credit worthiness of Home Loans and Lap Loans applications under the affordable/Informal/Prime Segments
- Responsible in building a healthy credit portfolio.
- Physical Personal Discussion and Telephonic Discussion with customers based on product and segment type.
- Working with Vendors closely in releasing the valuation and legal opinions.
- Prime responsibility of taking, action against the early delinquent cases and to maintain a Nil bounce rate across the locations.
- Issuing of a Sanction Letters and system entry activities
- Taking care of Quality Check related activates post Final Sanction
- Complete Disbursement dockets checking and signing of the dockets as per Transaction type.
- Monitoring the submission process of PDD documents with Legal vendors and follow up with operation Team
. Working and monitoring closely with all vendors for the smooth process and clearance of billing related activities
- Decision of a files within TAT
- Analyze bank statements, income proofs, and CIBIL reports
- Verify KYC documents and ensure compliance
- Identify risk/fraud indicators and follow credit policy
- Coordinate with sales and operations for smooth processing
- Maintain daily MIS and approval reports
