Role: Semi Voice (English Chat/Tamil Voice)

Designation: Executive & Senior Executive

Languages Known: English with any Tamil

Salary: 1.92 LPA (Fixed)

Qualification: Any graduate can be considered (arrears can be considered)

Year of Passing: Candidates who passed out AFTER 2015 only are eligible

Notice period: Immediate Joiners preferable.

* Candidates from Coimbatore location will be preferrable.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Handle customer inquiries through chat/call.
• Fresher or Experience in Outbound or Inbound chat/call with excellent communication.
• Freshers with excellent communication can also be considered.
• Candidate should be strong in communication (should be good Grammar, sentence construction and pronunciation).
• Only Immediate joiners.
• Should be able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech.
• Should be comfortable working for 5 days with 2 days rotational offs.
• Demonstrate strong typing skills with a minimum of 25 WPM and 90% accuracy.
• Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
