Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage accounts receivable (AR) calls to resolve customer queries, disputes, and issues related to medical billing.
• Identify and address denial reasons by researching patient accounts, communicating with healthcare providers, and resolving discrepancies.
• Utilize RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) software to process claims accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of all AR calls, denials, and follow-ups in a timely manner.

Job Requirements :

• 2-8 years of experience in AR calling or similar role within the US healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of medical billing processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills for effective phone conversations with patients, physicians, and other stakeholders.
