The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling voice support and possess excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound international voice calls.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Resolve customer queries related to products and services .
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Excellent Communication.

Candidate Profile:

• Education: 10+2 (Mandatory)or Graduates (Any Stream).
• Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Voice Process.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
