Job Description

Job Summary:
We are hiring experienced candidates for the International Voice Process with excellent communication skills. The role involves handling international customer interactions and delivering high-quality support.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls with international customers
Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer queries
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Follow company policies and quality standards
Document customer interactions effectively

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 6 months of experience in International Voice Process
B2 level proficiency in English communication (Mandatory)
Strong verbal and listening skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work in rotational shifts

Compensation:

CTC: Up to 3.5 LPA

Additional Requirements:

Immediate joiners preferred
Flexible to work in night shifts

Location: Hyderabad
