Job Overview:-
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Customer Support Team (Voice / Chat Process). As a Customer Service Associate (CSA), you will interact with global customers (primarily US-based) via chat, assisting them with queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:-
* Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via Calls support
* Address queries related to accounts, billing, and basic technical troubleshooting
* Provide prompt, accurate, and customer-centric resolutions
* Maintain a professional and empathetic tone while interacting with customers
* Document customer interactions accurately in the system
* Meet defined performance KPIs including:
Quality
Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)(AHT)
Response Time / Resolution Time
Productivity Metrics
Required Skills:-
* Excellent written communication skills in English (grammar, spelling, and tone)
* Strong typing speed and accuracy
* Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations
* Basic technical knowledge (Android/iOS platforms preferred)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail and adaptability
Educational Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent
* At least 6 months of experience in customer service (International Voice process preferred)
