Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment with a clear understanding of job requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, references, and networking
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interview schedules
- Engage with candidates to evaluate their suitability
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through mass mailing and referrals
- Gain hands-on experience in the complete recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth candidate joining process
