We are hiring for an International Voice Process for a leading Online Travel Agency. The role involves handling global customers and assisting them with travel-related services such as bookings, queries, and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers
- Assist with flight, hotel, and travel bookings
- Resolve customer queries efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain high satisfaction levels
- Update customer interactions in the system
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in International Voice Process
- Undergraduate or Graduate (both can apply)
- Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory)
- Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts
