Drive employee engagement initiatives through effective employee connects, periodic communication forums, open houses, and town hall meetings
Experience in RAG analysis, skip level meetings, 360/90 degree feedback programs, and managing attrition ratios
Plan and execute festival celebrations to enhance employee engagement
Plan and execute varied activities focused on employee motivation
Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas for continuous improvement
Ensure consistent and ongoing employee engagement initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities
Employee Engagement: Ensure smooth end to end implementation of assigned engagement processes, including:
Release of the engagement calendar
Review and tracking of open action items
Preparation of dashboards for employee connect initiatives
Proactive communication to stakeholders on delays or issues
Management of queries, issues, and escalations, if any Support any additional processes or tasks as assigned
Participate in knowledge sharing sessions within or outside the team
Active participation in company organized events.
