Role Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Senior Consultant / Manager Recruitment with 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and client management. The ideal candidate should have exposure to multiple industries such as Manufacturing, Consumer Durables, FMCG, NBFC, Paints, Automotive, and EdTech.

This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role with a strong focus on achieving monthly and annual revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Handle client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Understand client requirements and deliver suitable candidates within timelines
• Drive revenue generation by achieving individual billing targets
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across industries
• Provide market insights and hiring trends to clients .

Work Details:

• Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days a week)
• Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
• Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Graduate or MBA
• Strong experience in recruitment and client handling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven with a proven track record in recruitment/billing
